Delete your account

This page explains how to delete a player account and related data for games published by Dopamine Fact. (including Kucho: Piksel Boyama Kitabı, Kucho: DopDopBurger, and Kucho: Maksimum Zıplama).

There is no email or password login in our games. The default account is a guest profile tied to your device. You may optionally link Google Play Games or Apple Game Center.

1. How to request deletion

Email info@dopaminefact.com from an address we can reply to. Use the subject “Account deletion”.

Please include:

  • The game name (for example Kucho: Piksel Boyama Kitabı)
  • Your Player ID if you have it (the contact form on dopaminefact.com has a Player ID field)
  • The store you used (Google Play or the App Store), if you know it

2. How we confirm the request

We may ask a follow-up question so we can match the request to the correct player profile. We will not charge a fee for a reasonable request.

We typically process requests within 7 days. Some records (for example a store refund) may need to be kept longer if the law requires it.

3. What we delete

When we delete the account we remove or anonymize:

  • The device-based player ID and optional nickname
  • Cloud save / progress and inventory
  • Gameplay analytics events tied to that player
  • Optional Google Play Games or Apple Game Center link on our servers
  • Shop entitlements we stored for that player (store receipts stay with Google or Apple)

4. What we cannot delete for you

Google Play and the App Store keep their own purchase and account records. Advertising identifiers are managed by the device and by Google AdMob. Uninstalling the app does not delete the server profile; send the email above.
